Lowest price guaranteed
If you find it anywhere else at a lower price within 15 days of the purchase, we will match the price or will pay you the difference.
The lowest price guarantee only applies to articles of the same brand, size, and colour that are customised the same way, and cannot be applied to articles with special prices from promotions, liquidation, etc.
Free prototype designs
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We always send a digital photoshop of the customised design on the product, so that you can change anything you desire before we start production.
If you don’t have a design or you don’t know how to create one, don’t worry! Send us your idea and our designers will help you make the final result a success.
Please note that the colours of the final print on the product may slightly differ from those visible on the digital rendering of the article.
In order for us to be as precise as possible with the tints, it would be useful for you to send up the PANTONE codes for your company colours.
Large order discounts
If you need to order large volumes, ask us for a quote. Remember that we have the Guaranteed Minimum Price.
Money-Back Guarantee
To be able to return the products, you must do so within 14 days of the arrival of the order. According to your request, we will replace the order or refund you the amount paid.
If the product is customised, remember to check the digital sample before accepting it, as this is the final design that will be printed for the order (there may be slight variations in size and colour from the design on the screen).
Remember, we can not be held responsible for delays caused by the transport company.
Express Service
Did you need your customised products yesterday? Contact us and we will do everything possible to make it arrive on-time with the express service.
It is only possible to carry out the express service for certain products, as we are fast but have yet to learn how to fly!
No minimum order quantity
Why should you have to buy and store more than you need?
With Promotionice.com, you don’t have to order a large quantity of your customised or neutral company gifts, though we do charge a premium to cover the fixed costs of printing and handling for the customised gifts who’s quantities don’t reach the minimum quantity.
On-Time Delivery
We always meet the delivery deadlines agreed for an order. We know that in certain situations, even a few hours difference can spell salvation or disaster.
Please note, however, that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery company.
