All prices advertised on this website are without VAT included in the price. Prices are valid except in cases of typographical error or the finishing of stock.

Promotionice.com reserves the right to make partial or complete changes and even a complete withdrawal from the catalogue without prior notice and without obligation to supply the models presented.

The design, information and characteristics and tones of the colours that appear in the online store are not binding for the manufacturer and/or distributor.

Payment Method


Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email to the account you provided when you registered at www.promotionice.com.

This email will provide the information you need to make the payment. Once we confirm that you have made this payment the order will be processed. Please be aware that we only accept bank transfers in Euro currency. If the bank transfer is made in a currency other than Euro, the customer will be responsible for any bank fees involved.

The postage amount will be indicated during the purchase process. Non-customized deliveries will be made in 24/48 hours, depending on the destination. As regards to the delivery of customized products, the delivery time will be given once the design has been agreed on.

You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to change your mind and terminate the contract.

There is no right of withdrawal from the contract of customized products.

If you want to make a return first check that you meet all the following requirement before sending us the product:

• The product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.

Send an email to info@promotionice.com so that we can authorize, process and tell you how tell you how to make the return.

Without this authorization, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to origin.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we verify that all the previous conditions are met, www.promotionice.com will accept the return of the product and will process to the refund of its amount in the number of the account that has been indicated in the ticket of return.
