You can return your products within 14 days of the date you received the order.

How to return the products…

To process the return, send an email to . We will inform you about how to proceed and send the material back to us, in its original packaging and perfect condition. The postage will be free in returns due to defects in the items, once we have verified the error or defect, we will replace the goods as soon as possible and the postage will be at our expense. The refunds will be made by the same method of payment you used, either credit card or bank transfer.

What can not be returned…

Customized products cannot be returned under the Spanish Law No.3/2014. If it is a fault by us during the customization process, returns will of course be allowed and the customized products will be replaced.

  • No claims will be accepted for open or lost packages, if the incident is not recorded on the delivery note of the transport agency.
  • Products that do not have their respective complete packing or those broken due to improper use will be excluded from the guarantee.
  • We will not accept items that have not been printed by Jose María Barrachina SL.
  • Gifts sets, cases or kits cannot be returned separately.
